In her classes, Sara offers a creative approach to floorwork, using traditional techniques as a foundation for exploring unconventional pathways into flow, strength, and flexibility. She guides participants through transitions to and from the floor, using restriction as a clear framework for movement exploration.
Drawing from her experience in both contemporary dance and dance theatre, Sara combines technical practice with guided improvisation. This process encourages participants to explore their own movement vocabulary, deepen their physical awareness, and build confidence in their body's unique capabilities.
