CLASS DESCRIPTION
The work is based on the macro principles of the 'Release' technique, elaborated, transformed and influenced by a movement research oriented towards the creation. The core elements of the class are developed by learning and practising physical sequences, experimenting with the principles of 'weight and gravity', 'active impulses' and 'passive movements', 'action' and 'reaction', notions that will be introduced right from the beginning and applied to the different exercises. Mind and body are engaged in exploring a very specific quality of movement, listening to the body weight and analysing new dynamics, seeking awareness and sensitivity to impulses coming from extremities or core.
